As the person responsible for this website, we take the protection of your data very seriously. On the basis of the basic EU data protection regulation ([EU] 2016/679; "DSGVO") effective since 25 May 2018, we inform you about the scope, the collection, the duration, the use, storage, processing and, if necessary, passing on of the personal data transmitted to us as well as about the technical and organisational measures to protect the data transmitted to us and our duties to provide information.

We collect and use personal data only to the extent that this is actually necessary for the provision of our services on our Internet pages.

The protection of privacy is of the utmost importance. We only pass on data to third parties without your consent if

  • we have the right to involve other companies as service providers (com&on GmbH, Leisewitzstr. 47, 30175 Hannover, Germany) in providing technical support for our services and the disclosure of data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f DSGVO is required; and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data,

  • in the event that a legal obligation exists for the transfer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, and

  • you have given your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO

  • this is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.


Even if data is passed on to service providers, we assure you that your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and under no circumstances will data be sold to third parties or passed on in any other way for commercial purposes.

Log files (log files)

We collect data about every access to the server on which this service is located (log files) when you visit our website. These log files contain the IP address and the requesting provider, the URL of the retrieved website, file, date and time of the retrieval, transferred data volume, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and its version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page). The IP address is automatically anonymized and used only for geographic classification at local level (city, county or district). 

This data is technically necessary for the service we offer in order to ensure the stability and security of the display of our Internet pages (websites) and a smooth connection setup. Since we can thus offer protection against misuse, we have a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO in data processing, the security of which we guarantee with protective measures based on the state of the art.

We continue to use this information to measure website activity, compile statistics and improve the services and information provided by the websites.

Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you personally.

Since the collection of the data as described is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website or there is a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO, you have no right of objection in this respect.

Your data will be passed on to our hosting service providers.

Other personal data of the user will only be used to process an inquiry within the scope of prior express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Complaints

 

Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, you have the right of appeal to a supervisory authority (e.g. the State Data Protection Commissioner or the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information BfDI -), in particular in the Member State of residence or the place of suspected infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you is contrary to the DSGVO.
The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the status and results of the complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy under Article 78 DSGVO.

We as a company and responsible person as well as com&on GmbH use technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data provided to us from manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. The security measures are continuously improved and adapted in accordance with the state of the art.
Unencrypted data may be viewed by third parties. Therefore, it is pointed out that no secure transmission is guaranteed with regard to data transmission via the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail). Sensitive data should therefore either not be transmitted at all or only via a secure connection (SSL). If you call up pages and files and are asked to enter data about yourself, we would like to point out that this data transfer via the Internet may be unsecured and the data may therefore be noticed or falsified by unauthorised persons.
